Detailing basic small power, lighting, plumbing & ventilation plays a pivotal role in in tendering at the early stages right through to onsite coordination and as built drawings.
We have access to variety of Modelling software including Revit which can detail many aspects of a project. For example, this basement level plantroom in large residential care home. This model was then sent to the MEP contractor so the majority of plant & equipment could be fabricated in the factory saving time and preventing any delays on site.
